Today's Varsity Baseball game has been moved to the Reds Urban Youth Academy, Field #3 (2026 E Seymour Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45237). 5:00 p.m. start.
- Concessions will be operating.
- Field #3 does not have lights.
- To operate the scoreboard, a coach must report to the front desk inside to request and return the controller.
- No metal spikes whatsoever.
- No gum or seeds.
- Infield turf/grass outfield on all of the fields.
- Additional parking can be found at 7060 Eastlawn Drive (Back parking lot for all busses) or at Academy of Multilingual Immersion Studies (1908 Seymour Ave)
If fields are unplayable, you will be notified promptly three hours before your gametime. If weather occurs during the game, then a decision will be made on-site by the staff member that is there.
The lightning rule will revert to the OHSAA rule, since this is not summer tournament play.
THIRTY-MINUTE RULE – Competition or practice shall be suspended once lightning has been recognized or thunder is heard. It is required to wait at least 30 minutes after the last flash of lightning is witnessed or thunder is heard prior to resuming practice or competition.
